At Architectural Salvage, most of our products are old and reclaimed, unless stated otherwise and we always try to ensure customer satisfaction with every sale. However, if you are interested in a product, we always advise to come down and see the product before you buy.
If you decide after the sale that you no longer wish to keep the product, we allow up to 30 days for a refund. The product must be returned unused and the same condition at point of sale. We will only refund the amount for the item, not transportation or shipping.
Please note, all customers are responsible for shipping and transportation costs if seeking a refund. Once we have received the item, upon inspection, we will issue a refund.
